You can now create linked accounts for users who need access to multiple clients

Often as a CRA, you have multiple clients that are related to each other in a hierarchy, which is why our system allows you to set up parent/child relationships when configuring your clients.

TazWorks is adding more channels for you to get the support you deserve

Growing is really exciting, and recently, we’ve been growing a lot. Growing also brings risks and can create opportunities for accidental gaps or loss of requests. To ensure that we continue providing the best service possible, we’re formalizing our structure for how concerns and requests are routed. Going forward, rather than talking to the same person each time, you will be working with the TazWorks employees who have the most control over each functional area and are best able to address each issue you have.

New compliance updates for ban the box in LA

Los Angeles enacted the Fair Chance Initiative Ordinance this year, restricting employers with ten or more employees from inquiring into a job applicant’s criminal history unless and until a conditional offer of employment has already been made.

Use single sign-on to make TazWorks even easier for your clients to use

You want to provide the most seamless experience for your clients possible, and it can get annoying if they have to constantly log in to different systems. So we’ve now added single sign-on capability, so when you provide your services to them, it can be integrated with the software they’re already using and they can transition from their system to yours with no extra steps—and no need for you to manually set up dozens (or thousands!) of users.

TazWorks First Annual Developer Week

Mahatma Ghandi once said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” We decided to give the TazWorks InstaScreen™ development team the opportunity to “be the change they wish to see at TazWorks.” This advice facilitated TazWorks’ first annual ‘Developer Week’ (aka Hackathon).

TazWorks Announces new ATS Integrations Team

Recent studies show 75 percent of large companies, and 60 percent of mid-sized companies utilize an ATS to manage their candidate life cycle. As a result, it is no surprise that orders on the TazWorks platform via integrated ATS & PMS has grown to over 40 percent.

The 2016 Annual NAPBS Conference was a success. Thank you to all who organized, planned, participated and attended this event. We enjoyed learning more from industry leaders about legal issues and compliance, industry best practices, tips for running a background screening business and many more! Our favorite part, however, is the opportunity to meet with each of you face-to-face. We are grateful to those who participated in our cape photo contest and super partner punch card contest, joined us for an entertaining client appreciation dinner and visited our booth over the course of the event. We can't wait to see you all again! Please see below for our contest winners and more photos of the event.
